EVENT INFO

• Location: Butler Senior High School Gym - 120 Campus Ln, Butler, PA 16001

• Time: Doors will open for athletes/coaches at 8:30am and spectators at 9am. The competition will start promptly at 9:30am.

  • Depending on performance time per team, spectators should arrive 30 minutes prior to their team’s performance

  • Teams should arrive at their check-in time. Coaches and athletes should enter through the athletic office entrance - in between the main gym entrance and auxiliary gym.

• Parking: Event parking is free.

• Entrance Fee: Spectator fee is $10. Kids 5 and under are free. CASH OR VENMO ACCEPTED.

• Concessions: Hot foods, snacks, and beverages will be available to purchase. CASH OR VENMO ACCEPTED.

EVENT GEAR

• Event t-shirts will be available for preorder! Please submit one form per team.

• We will have a small number of shirts on-site the day of the event.

AWARDS

• Awards will be announced at the end of each session. 

• Scores and rankings will be given to coaches at the end of the competition.

• Trophies will be given for the top three teams in each division.

ADDITIONAL INFO

• We will have a UCA judging panel judging the competition. UCA scoresheets can be found online at: https://www.varsity.com/uca/school/competitions/rules-scoring/

• Schedules will be emailed to coaches one week prior to the competition.

  • Please indicate any scheduling conflicts your squad may have in the comments section of the roster page so we can do our best to accommodate them ahead of time.
